Responsibilities:
As a department that promotes turn-around, you will be expected to participate in projects from due diligence stage of M&A and not only become involved in developing reconstruction plan with people from business development, but also construct business support system at an early stage and become an engine of reconstruction as a group company change agent.

Attraction of the job and Career Path:
While providing business and organizational support, you will have a chance to become a member of company executives and become a CEO in half a year to 2 years.
Regarding reconstruction, you will be working closely with group CEO where you will be able to learn about the way company representatives think and make decisions.

Qualification:
- Knowledge/ Skill/ Experience:
- Ability to bring innovative changes
- Understands ones own strength/weakness and have sincere attitude of learning
- Ability to get people involved in projects/ Management skill
- Coaching ability towards senior management, ability to read what's not being said and pull out what's on their mind
- Ability to stay and focus on the right track by understanding the purpose of the business goal
- Preferable Knowledge/ Skill/ Experience:
- Consulting experience at a strategic consulting firm
- Experience in M&A/ Integration/ Turn Around at trading company, financial institution
- Have experience in running into problems in business（by challenging something）
- English level: Business level
