Responsibilities:
- To achieve annual sales budget through reinforce existing channels and open potential new doors leveraging established business model.
- To improve channel and shop profitability reinforcing productivity of shop staff and efficiently allocating investment.
- Making clear decision in conjunction with general manager and management.
- To negotiate trades to get better space, location and business condition.
- To diversify and adjust business model, organization, assignment reflecting market demands and internal requirement.
- To take a leadership for mid term strategy development.
