| Our client is the global leader in UPS hardware and power management software. The company has a mid-sized and very stable team in Japan, and they are looking to fill to this newly created lead management role. |
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, prospecting, contacting and securing new client relationships; writing contracts and providing current client relationship management
- Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies for the targeted market and for assigned clients and prospects
- Provide leadership in development of new business, from both existing and new client relationships within the target market
- Generate revenue through acquisition of new clients, cross selling to current clients and extension of current client engagements to new activities
- Assist with the professional development and coaching of more junior sales staff and business consultants

Mandatory skills / experience :
- Sales professional withseveral years sales and business development experience, and a proven record of successful sales experience.
- Strong, proven sales and marketing skills plus the ability to market organizational strengths to senior level executives successfully
- Proven ability and track record of building relationships at senior executive levels and generating revenue by acquiring new clients
- Lead generation, cold calling and prospecting experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong and effective presentation skills
- Ability to write proposals and respond to RFPs
- Proven project management skills including strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in self-managed and team environments
- Fluent English and native level Japanese
