Essential skills/ 必須条件:
- Understanding of one of the following operating systems: Mainframe/ Solaris/ Windows
- Demonstrated software support experience. Some software development experience is desirable
- Demonstrated experience with scripting languages eg ASP, VBScript, JavaScript, HTML
- Demonstrated database and SQL experience
- Native Japanese level, English is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose technical issues quickly
