• Assist in the origination and execution of structured finance transactions in terms of credit analysis
• Assist in completion of due-diligence documents with proper coordination with other participants of the transactions

• Analysis, structuring, preparation and presentation of Deal Origination Reports and Credit Requests to relevant Division and Credit departments
  
• Assist in documentation preparation and presentation of due-diligence documents

• Must have a minimum 3 or 4 year extensive experience or related experience in preparation of credit proposals, including detailed credit analysis and detailed financial modelling, with emphasis on cashflow and sensitivity modelling and corporate valuation analysis
• Preferred to have experience in structuring finance, project finance, leveraged finance or syndication�division
• Must retain basic knowledge of legal, accounting and tax matters
• Must have a good documentation capability to assist in preparation and negotiation of Term Sheets, Commitment Letters, with law firms and clients both in English and Japanese
• Must demonstrate the desire and the ability to work in a small team, and often independently
• Must demonstrate convincing presentation, credibility and self assurance skills
• Must have a commendable capability for preparation of the documentation
• Fluency (both verbal and in writing) in Japanese and English
