• Monthly and annual close of entities
• Financial reporting to investors
• Audit coordination
• Debt compliance to external lenders
• G/L responsibility including reconciliations, daily and monthly recording of all asset and entity activity from acquisition through exit
• Preparation of tax schedules
• Cash management of entities

• At least 3-5 years of experience, including G/L and financial reporting
  
• Preferably a CPA or equivalent with some US GAAP knowledge
• Basic understanding of tax accounting
• Proactive individual who can improve current processes
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data
• Ability to communicate across borders (US, China, Korea, Singapore)
• Bilingual Japanese/English. Japanese not a must. English only is acceptable
