| A leading strategic consulting company has currently openings for manager positions within its practices. |
Responsibilities:
Serve as a project manager. Plan, organize, and drive project execution, guide and direct team members. Provide thought leadership and creative insights to help identify and resolve complex issues critical to the clients' strategic success.
- Develop long-term relationships with existing clients at a senior level
- Interpret results from multiple project components, translate findings into recommendations and solutions, and ensure the integration of multiple pieces against project goals
- Starting a new team, define policy procedures, key working habits and structures

Requirements: Strong background in one of the sectors:
- Finance, strategy, communications, high tech, technology, healthcare or automotive
- Experience with a strategy consulting firm, or boutique consulting firm required
- Experience with managing various teams at all project phases
- Experience with strategy, project management, cost reduction, organizational restructuring and transformation, operations, sales, strategic planning, business development, marketing, and finance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (both Japanese and English)
