Responsibilities:
A Managing Consultant's primary responsibilities are to assist customers in deploying the client's solutions, and ensuring projects are delivered on-time and on-budget, meeting customer requirements. This will include providing best-practice advice to the client's customers and presales activities. A Managing Consultant will also participate in business development activities and contribute to the product direction by working closely with the the client's Product Management team.
The successful candidate will have strong client-management skills, relationship-building skills, solid project management and requirements gathering experience, negotiating skills, and must be able to successfully drive multiple projects in parallel. A Managing Consultant's objectives will align with the client's core values: be passionate about customer needs, conduct business with uncompromising integrity, set and attain ambitious goals, and execute to win.
This position requires travel.

Requirements:
- At least 10 years of customer-facing experience delivering software technology including deployment of enterprise software at customer sites
- At least 4 year or more years of project management including technical leadership experience
- Solid business consulting experience in the areas of workflow automation, change management and business processes re-engineering
- Excellent oral and written communications to senior business representatives, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
- Familiarity in working within and defining a structured project delivery methodology
- Ability to facilitate and perform application and environment technical planning discussions. Strong customer-centric attitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Experienced Excel user, knowledge of XML
- Knowledge/High level understanding of Web Applications Architecture, Oracle Database, and J2EE Application Server technology
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Information Systems, Engineering or other technical discipline

Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Familiarity with Risk Management, Business Intelligence, Corporate Governance, Data Asset Management and/or IT Governance
- Experience in working with Audit Teams in Financial Compliance Implementations, COSO methodology
- Hands-on experience deploying content management applications such as Documentum, Interwoven or FatWire
