Responsibilities:
ThisBusiness Development Manager(BDM) roleis an exciting opportunity to partner with the Country Manager to determine and execute all of the necessary steps to continue to expand and mature the business. The BDM will be a part of the core management of the company, and will be expected to grow a Business Development team that will build the client base and develop new partners.

Requirements:
- Understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and engineering principles
- Strong customer-facing skills
- Proven ability to work independently in an organized and goal-oriented manner
- PLM software knowledge preferred
- Business level English, native level Japanese
