Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading US-based pharmaceutical company is currently searching for a Strong Senior Manager to Head their Legal Department. The responsibilities will include but not be limited to: contract review/drafting; technology licensing/business alliances/M&A; legal review; dispute resolution; develop/implement corporate compliance programs; privacy/intellectual property, etc. |
Requirements:
The qualified candidate will have a Law Degree (LLM preferred) with more than 10 years working experience in the legal field in Japan. Experience in the legal department of the pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry would be preferred. The candidate will have thorough knowledge of the concepts of contracts, corporate law and some knowledge of the pharmaceutical affairs law. The qualified candidate will also have native level Japanese skills and fluent English. |
