Consumer Marketing Manager / FMCG |
| The position will define, create and implement marketing strategy and activity plan that will achieve the consumer/retail channel business objectives and sales targets for the responsible product. |
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Marketing plan development and execution
- Marketing Communication and Sales Promotion planning
- Work Effectively with distributors to execute marketing activities

Requirements:
- 5-10 yrs experience in B2C consumer marketing in Japan
- Executed product management projects
- Managed profit and loss for top brand products
- Worked directly with and have interface/relationship with distributors and retail customers
- Worked closely with advertising agencies
- Planned and executed sales promotion activities
- Hands-on experience on each element of marketing activity
- Effective verbal and written communicator and presenter
- Use of English on a daily basis and on a business level a must
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
